We hope you and your families are safe and healthy in these challenging times. As we all face the uncertainty of a COVID-19 world, we want to share some important event updates with you:

Dynamic Communities will be transitioning Community Summit Europe and extreme365 Europe to virtual events, delivered the week of June 29 (original event dates). Additionally, Community Summit Australia will be delivered virtually August 19-21, 2020 with Pre-conference Academy taking place Thursday, August 12-Friday, August 13. We have rescheduled GP Tech, previously scheduled for August 2020, to a 2021 in-person event (dates forthcoming). Our Community Summit North America event scheduled October 6-9 in Nashville, TN will be a hybrid event where both in-person tickets and virtual tickets are available.

We are working feverishly to deliver the best possible virtual event experiences complete with education and networking you have come to expect from Dynamic Communities events.

Your community is here and remains committed to you during these unprecedented times. We are in this together and we look forward to seeing you online at an upcoming virtual event. Additionally, we encourage you to leverage the tools and resources available through your user group – and most importantly - leverage your peers, the community – during these unprecedented times.

Updated April 13, 2020

Dynamic Communities is built on the power of community and now, more than ever, we are committed to building valuable connections and providing great educational resources during these unparalleled times.

Due to the COVID-19 virus and its impact to the health and safety of our community, we've made a few modifications to our event plans.

We're excited to announce a virtual experience has been added to our D365 Focus event, May 17-19. Registration for the virtual addition will be available on our website soon.

The Power Platform World Tour - New York event has been transitioned to a 100% virtual event. Registration for the virtual event can be found here

We are monitoring the COVID-19 situation daily and ensuring the health and safety of our community is put first. Any addition event announcements will be communicated here.

Stay safe and well.

March 17, 2020 - In the wake of COVID-19 and its persistent impact on each and every one of you, Dynamic Communities remains committed to delivering its online user groups and educational resources via virtual delivery methods, continuing to unite the Microsoft Business Applications community.

In line with directives set by the Centers for Disease Control (CDC) and World Health Organization (WHO), we are refraining from hosting any previously scheduled in-person events throughout the next 8 weeks. This decision includes both large events and local user group meetings where more than 10 people are gathering. As an organization, we will continue to monitor the directives and mandates of local, state, and federal governments, as well as the CDC and WHO, to offer alternate delivery mechanisms for events, and if required, postpone or cancel scheduled events.

Currently, our Community Summit and extreme365 Europe events have been rescheduled to June 29-July 2. At this time we plan to proceed with our previously scheduled events as follows: D365 Focus (May 18-19), Community Summit Australia (August 19-21), the following Power Platform World Tours in NYC (May 13-14) and Chicago (June 16-17), GP Tech (August 24-26), and Community Summit North America (October 6-9).

Should we need to postpone or cancel any of the above-mentioned events, we will work with our attendees and sponsors alike on registration and sponsorship transfers and/or credits for future Dynamic Communities events.

Your team at Dynamic Communities continues to work tirelessly to serve the community. Our employees have been equipped with the resources and flexibility to continue to provide unparalleled service regardless of their locations.

During these unprecedented times, it is important that we remain strong as a community. Please keep engaging with your community members via our Open Forums and virtual local user groups. This too shall pass, and once again, the community will prevail.
