Dear Dynamic Communities Members:

As the new CEO of Dynamic Communities, I would like to formally introduce myself and share some important updates with our community members.

First, on behalf of the Dynamic Communities team, thank you. The onset of Covid-19 in March brought an unprecedented impact to community members around the world, and we want you to know how much we appreciate the users, partners and organizations who make up our diverse global community. We are listening. We understand the personal and professional challenges you are facing, and we will continue to be here for you.

Our mission at Dynamic Communities is to ensure that all community members have access to exceptional content, real-world advice, signature events and continuing education that empower your professional growth and organizational success. I joined Dynamic Communities in February with the goal of helping our team deliver even greater value to you, now and in the future. A month later, our mission became even more important as the world went virtual.

Like the majority of businesses across the globe, Dynamic Communities felt the financial and operational impacts of this pandemic. As an organization known for producing large-scale events that bring user group communities together, we were forced to quickly regroup and strategize how to best serve our customers remotely, keeping your health and safety as our number one priority.

Our team spent several weeks transitioning our summer in-person events to a sustainable, virtual platform. As you might imagine, a change of this magnitude takes a tremendous amount of planning, resources and logistical management. Unfortunately, for Summit Europe, legal commitments didn’t allow us to offer reduced ticket prices, and in some cases, refunds. We know this is challenging, frustrating and disappointing for attendees. It was for us too. To help offset any lost investment for our European community members, we are offering complimentary annual memberships and vouchers for online training of your choice.

We know that nothing can replace the power of face-to-face connections, and we look forward to hosting in-person events again as circumstances allow. In the meantime, I am confident event attendees will discover high-quality content, engaging speakers and plenty of networking opportunities delivered right to your screen.

What can you expect from Dynamic Communities moving forward? These are just a few of the changes we are making to better serve our community members.

  • Virtual events will be hosted via Bizzabo, in partnership with Kaltura, two of the industry’s leading virtual event platforms. This solution offers live webcasts, real-time chat, networking opportunities, question-and-answer sessions, and other robust engagement tools designed to make virtual events valuable, educational and memorable.
  • Hybrid ticket pricing will be available for upcoming in-person events if you are not able to travel and would prefer to attend through the virtual platform.
  • New Dynamic Communities and User Group websites will be launched over the summer, with a cleaner look, easier interfaces, and better functionality for managing memberships and event registrations.
  • Exclusive access to our content library from previous conferences and events. Recorded content includes presentations on the latest Microsoft solutions and applications.

I am excited about the future of Dynamic Communities as we work together to create more opportunities for collaboration, education, professional development and business growth – for all community members.
