MODERATOR: Linda Rose, CPA (inactive) – CEO, RoseBiz, Inc.
About Your Presenters:
After spending 25 years as a Microsoft Dynamics Partner, Linda decided to sell it all and retire. Well….almost. Linda has created, bought and sold four companies during her business career. Her recent sale of her Microsoft Dynamics Cloud hosting company to a Private Equity firm allowed her to turn in the keys to her office and walk out the door 45 days later.
She now has a book “Get Acquired for Millions: A Roadmap for Technology Service Providers to Maximize Company Value” which has already hit #1 on Amazon in the Consolidations and Mergers category. She also has written a propriety assessment to help partner organizations determine current market value and identify gaps for improvement.
Linda currently advises partner organizations on how best to plan and build company value, so that one day they too can be acquired for millions. She is a wife of 29 years and the mother. She calls the Pacific her backyard – triangulating between her homes in Southern California, Oregon, and Hawaii.
