We are thrilled to announced that Victor Morales, Microsoft's Vice President Dynamics Partner Sales & Programs will be our keynote speaker at PreGAME 2015! As a new addition to the Dynamics executive team, this is the first opportunity to meet Victor and hear his vision for Dynamics and the partner community.
 
As Vice President Partner Sales & Programs, Victor leads the team responsible for partner sales programs, partner strategies, and the overall business relationships between Microsoft and Microsoft Dynamics ERP and CRM partners. This global partner ecosystem covers SMB to Enterprise, and includes re-selling channels, cloud partners and alliances. The team's responsibilities include creating partner re-selling and co-selling agreements, creating commitments for Microsoft's partner-facing field resources, creating joint industry solution offerings for the enterprise with the Global Systems Integrators, centrally managing Global Systems Integrators and Global ISVs, and defining the Microsoft Partner Network requirements for Dynamics partners.
 
Prior to joining Microsoft, Victor worked at IBM for 24 years holding various management and executive positions within field and channel sales across both major markets (North America) and emerging markets (Asia Pacific and Middle East Africa) for IBM's software and hardware product offerings.
