Derek has been with Microsoft since 2015. His skills include Cloud Computing, Integration and Microsoft SQL Server. Derek’s passion for Azure led to him acting as an architect and designing new and exciting ways of leveraging Azure to accomplish long standing business problems.
Derek’s keynote presentation at GPUG Amplify on Tuesday, March 21 will discuss how Blockchain affects business industries. He will introduce Blockchain, explain why it’s important, and help you decide if integrating your Dynamics GP system makes sense for your business.
“I’ve heard a great deal about Bitcoin and other cryptocurrencies in the past, but these days there is a lot of talk about Blockchain, the decentralized ledger that records cryptocurrency transactions,” said GPUG General Manager Bob McAdam. “Blockchain can and will affect all sorts of industries sooner than later, so now is the time to get smarter so you’re prepared to potentially integrate your systems with Blockchain.”
GPUG Amplify will be held March 20-21 at the Marriott Marquis in Chicago, IL. At this conference, curated specifically for Dynamics GP leaders and users, attendees have the opportunity to network and exchange knowledge on how to maximize Dynamics GP performance to achieve business success.
Educational sessions provide executive product insight, reporting best practices and functional topics. View the full agenda here: www.gpugamplify.com/schedule.
This year will also offer the Partner Exchange on March 19, offering high-quality leadership, marketing, and business-building sessions, exclusive to Dynamics Partners (separate registration is required).
