Tampa, FL, USA: Dynamic Communities, the business management organization that develops and supports technology-centric user groups, announces the addition of 5 members from user organizations who will serve a 2-year term in joining the D365UG|CRMUG Board of Advisors according to Clarissa Simpson, Chairperson of the D365UG|CRMUG Board of Advisors.
“Communities are the perfect place for learning, growth and the exchange of knowledge and ideas. We continue to see exceptional growth and partake in the advantages of membership in our Dynamics User’s Groups, which serve participants of the Dynamics 365, Dynamics AX and Dynamics CRM User Groups. The unique skills and knowledge of our volunteers continues to inspire me and expanding our Board of Advisors has been an exciting new step into the future for us. These new board members offer us an opportunity to include a more diverse group of professional experiences and gather even greater insight into our larger community membership and guide our community efforts forward.” says Simpson. “My challenge to others is simply to take some time to define and then take action to Do One Good Thing for Your Dynamics Community this coming year.”
Board of Advisor duties involve representing and reinforcing the “Member Code of Conduct”, contributing to leadership participation in events, webinars, and local user group chapters and finally, guiding and providing input into strategic initiatives and deliverables for user group best practices.
New Board of Advisors:
“While traditional training (from a software company or partner) often demonstrates how an application is “designed” to work, peer-to-peer learning offers practical insight into real-world problems, solutions, workarounds, and lessons learned.” said new board of advisor, Kyle Buggie with Diamond Hill Capital Management

“The User Group for Microsoft Dynamics 365 for Customer Engagement and legacy CRM users continues to grow with over 48,000 contacts and 9,500 accounts globally. I am excited that we can add representation of the customer voice that includes CIOs, Business Analysts, CRM Project Owners and Administrators to the advisory board. Listening to their input, fostering ideas, and understanding what constituents want is their charter as we continue to support the mission for user adoption, peer to peer learning, and Dynamics 365/CRM success for organizations”, says Tony Stein, General Manager - D365UG.
